Tiflis Restaurant is a place where you can get acquainted with traditional Georgian culture and cuisine. The name refers to the old name of Tbilisi. The interior recreates the atmosphere of the city at the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX century: with elements of a Georgian house, authentic details and objects brought from Tbilisi. The restaurant has various halls, including the main hall with photographs of Tbilisi, the Pirosmani room and the museum hall dedicated to Borjomi. There is also a summer terrace for guests during the warmer months.  The decoration uses traditional elements such as kvevri – clay vessels for wine, associated with the centuries-old culture of Georgian winemaking.Chefs from different regions of Georgia work in the restaurant, preserving the peculiarities and traditions of the national cuisine.
