Sorrento — opened in the premium multifunctional complex Capital Palace in early 2026. The establishment positions itself as a classic family restaurant of Mediterranean cuisine with a southern Italian flavor.
Interior and concept:
The design is made in light beige tones, complemented by olive and lemon trees in tubs, wicker furniture, bright textiles and colorful murals.
The tables are decorated with fresh lemons. The decor uses painted Sicilian pots "Moor's Head".
Menu and gastronomy:
Pasta, ravioli and pizza dough are made here exclusively by hand.
The menu is based on pizza "tonda romana" on thin crispy dough, lasagna bolognese and risotto with an abundance of seafood.
In a high-temperature ceramic oven (heated to 800 degrees) steaks (Rib Eye, Machete, Striploin), lamb quads, sea bass and dorado are prepared.
