The House Museum of the First Congress of the RSDLP is one of the oldest museums in Minsk. It was opened in 1923 in the building where the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party was founded in 1898.
Since 1992, the House Museum has been a branch of the National Museum of History and Culture of Belarus (now the National Historical Museum of the Republic of Belarus). The exposition of the House Museum presents the history of the Congress of Russian Social Democrats, as well as the history of provincial Minsk at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The House Museum is included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Values of the Republic of Belarus as a historical monument.
