Bistro o'DA is a restaurant of modern author's cuisine, where the main concept is the interpretation of Belarusian cuisine with its rich history. The restaurant reinterprets traditional recipes and creates an authentic taste of Belarus using products from local producers. Guests are offered a taste of the past: the menu uses recipes from The Lithuanian Cook from 1854, the first cookbook in the territory of modern Belarus. A summer terrace is also provided for guests. The atmosphere is complemented by a spectacular interior and thoughtful presentation.
