The authentic "Restaurant 101" is located in the building of the first fire station in Minsk in 1885. You will see a bar counter that is made from an old fire truck. The interior of the restaurant is stylized to resemble fire fighting items. For example, only here beer is poured from fire extinguishers. The waiters' uniforms also correspond to the concept of the establishment: shoulder straps, aiguillettes, and berets.
