The brasserie "At the Town Hall" is located in the historical center of Minsk. The restaurant building is an indestructible historical and cultural value of Belarus, an architectural monument. The interior is designed in the style of an old pub. The menu includes national Belarusian cuisine, meat dishes, seafood. According to the state lists of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus, the modern restaurant is located on the territory of the complex of buildings of the former Bernardine monastery built in the 18th century, in the famous pedestrian zone, where mass events are often held ("Jazz evenings", Days of Culture of various states, performances by street artists, musicians, magicians, mimes, etc.). In the early days, flour was ground for the entire city in the basement of this monastery, followed by shopping malls, sewing and furniture workshops. The original wall and millstones have been preserved in the restaurant to this day. The interior and atmosphere of the Restaurant "At the Town Hall" is designed in the style of a traditional beer pub. This is one of the first restaurants in Minsk with a similar interior. The design is based on natural wood, which was imported from the Baltic States along with the furniture. The best craftsmen from Lithuania were engaged in the design and interior.
