The establishment is conveniently located in the Zakharova-Pulikhova microdistrict, not far from key urban sites: Gorky Park, Victory Monument and Kupalovsky shopping center. It is worth visiting here not only for the sake of pasta, which has already been highly appreciated by the guests, but for the sake of the pince made according to the author's recipe. For their preparation, three different types of flour are used – wheat, rice and soy flour, which allows for a unique dough texture. This specially prepared composition undergoes a three-day fermentation, after which the base for the future dish is baked from it. And after all the stages (which the guests don't even know about), it turns out to be an ideal pinsa, which is definitely worth trying in Minsk.
