During the tour, tourists will travel to Minsk's past and try to read several pages of its history. Pages that tell about the first centuries of his life, about his appearance on the pages of chronicles, about the founding of the city and its rebirth after its destruction. The tourists will visit the Minsk Castle, where modern Minsk began, and the ancient settlement on the dried-up Menka River, from which the name of our city may have originated, will stop at one of the preserved ancient burial mounds, which can tell a lot about our distant ancestors, their way of life and beliefs. The tour will end with an introduction to the museum of folk architecture and everyday life, where tourists will see wooden buildings for various purposes – the creation of human hands, the hands of not so distant ancestors.
